"Hey Michael, That’s correct! My staff and I try to answer the phone on the very first ring. No frustrating AI. The only time you’ll get a voice menu is after hours or on weekends with our 24 hour customer support. Sometimes we all are on the phone assisting other clients so you may have to leave a voicemail but we will call you back once we are off the phone, “not within 24 hours”.
